The chicken fried steak was huge and flavorful, while the homemade chicken pot pie was equally satisfying. The fried chicken stood out as the best I've had in Colorado, perfectly cooked and accompanied by incredible homemade rolls, mashed potatoes with scratch-made gravy, and steamed veggies-though I'd suggest doubling up on the potatoes since the veggies are frozen. The service was attentive from start to finish, and the old-style restaurant atmosphere added a warm, inviting touch that made the meal even more enjoyable.
