Rachel's phenomenal service turned our last-minute birthday bash into a smooth, fun celebration-if I owned a restaurant, I'd try to hire her on the spot! This historic Durango hotel's charming woodwork, lively saloon with live music, and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable, complete with modern comforts and a cozy vibe that had us already planning our next visit.

Wow, the service at this place is outstanding! Rachel, our server, was a total gem. She handled our last-minute 8-person reservation with ease and made our birthday celebration a breeze. The hotel itself is a historic beauty with a touch of haunting charm. Definitely a top spot for a weekend getaway in Durango.
