Traveling to Colorado for work, I discovered a fantastic sandwich shop in Glenwood Springs that quickly became my favorite. I enjoyed their Italian Chomp, which featured fresh ingredients and incredible bread, while my husband savored a corned beef brisket sandwich enhanced by a suggestion for deli mustard. Although the decor might not impress at first glance, the quality of the food and the friendly service made it a memorable stop, and I can't wait to return.
