The barbecue selections at Doc's Roadhouse were exceptional, with perfectly smoked meats that truly captured the essence of smokiness. The Jammed Up Burger and smoked Brisket grilled cheese were standout dishes, while the Old Fashioned cocktails were expertly crafted. Our server, Summer, provided fantastic service and added to the enjoyable dining experience as we celebrated the end of a ski vacation in Winter Park.

One person in our group got rancid vinegar on their salad. A couple others got food poisoning. The waitress took the salad back, but after we returned to inform them of the food poisoning they only tried to defend themselves. It was one of the worst dining experiences ever.
