After chatting with the hotel staff, it seems like this joint is the only game in town unless you want to trek to Alamosa. I chowed down on some killer enchiladas and a pizza that tasted like it was made with love in their kitchen. The homemade fudge and dessert cake were the cherry on top of a fantastic meal - I'm definitely coming back for more!

Takes forever to get greeted or place you order. Plus, on each table as you eat, you can read about how the owner will charge you 4% extra for using a credit card. Very nice to think about as you dine. You will be paying for the price of the meal, the taxes, the credit card fee, and the tip.
