Wonderful atmosphere....friendly service... great beers and best nacho “Mother’s”. Try it ... great flavors mixed together and perfect!

Have eaten there many times before but this time it was REALLY bad. Ordered 2 appetizers, a spinach salad, and potato soup. It took ~1 HOUR to get the appetizers alone (onion rings and spinach dip) and then nearly another 45 minutes for the salad and soup. Really ridiculous!!! I went to complain to the manager/owner and was sort of blown off after telling him about our wait, the fact that folks who had arrived after us had received their "normal" meals before us, that we had been coming to River City since it opened and this was the worst of several bad incidents we had experienced there. He basically blew me off and said that "it had been a long time since anybody had said there was a problem". I told him that I knew a lot of people in the area and that I would probably not be recommending his place to any of them. His demeanor was sort of like "oh well", not real apologetic, etc. Very disappointed!!!
