The owner/manager could first take responsibility for their mistakes versus blaming their lack of organization and timeliness on how busy the place is and his wife running the kitchen. If you mess up, have the integrity to admit it and your employees should have the integrity to admit it. First the order was burned and that is why it took over an hour. Then the owner/ manager comes out to simply blame it not being made on how busy it was and how his wife is running the kitchen. Well, no one was there when we ordered and those after us got their orders. Yet, no effort was add to make it right because our ticket price was not high enough? A small business with lack of customer service!
