We enjoyed a casual dinner outing on Friday and opted for Coal Mine Dragon, pleasantly surprised by the quality of our meals. The Wonton egg rolls and choice of soups were delicious, especially the General Tao chicken and Kung Pao chicken - a reliable spot for Chinese cuisine on the west side. The service was prompt and friendly, and the crispy texture of the chicken dishes was just right, making it a satisfying dining experience.
