Last week I ordered a calzone from the Barnes location to be delivered and when I opened the box, the calzone was split in two and all of the fillings were in the box instead of in the calzone crust. Also, the garlic knots that I ordered were doughy and undercooked. I sent an email to the email address they have listed on their website for comments/complaints (webmaster@borriellobrothers.com) and attached a picture of my deflated calzone, but never received any type of response. Very disappointed considering how much my order cost. The lack of caring that they effed up my order determined that I'll never eat at any Borriello Brothers again.
