Avoid the server with the glasses, black bandana for a mask and hair in a bun. This trash bag of a human being who calls herself a server was the rudest server I've ever had, was rude to other guests, forgot items from our order entirely, never checked on anything and we had to ask another server to help us when she decided to walk and stand outside in plain sight, doing absolutely nothing. When we called to speak to a manager (as to avoid making a scene in the facility), we were informed that there was, get this: NO MANAGER AVAILABLE. That's right. No manager. At all. On top of this, I could hear other staff and her making remarks and cursing about me calling. So, I hung up, as it was VERY clear my call would get me nowhere. This particular server has absolutely no business working here or in any restaurant, as the last time we ate here, we had the same experience with the same server. This is exactly the kind of staff that has no business operating without supervision and this server should be fired IMMEDIATELY.
