I've visited this Columbia location several times and always find the food fresh, hot, and generously filled, especially the huge tofu burrito. The staff is friendly and professional, providing helpful explanations about the menu and ensuring speedy service in a clean environment. What I appreciate most is how they prepare the tortillas and mix the ingredients right in front of you, creating a well-balanced and delicious meal every time.

I love hitting up this Pancheros when I'm in Columbia because it's such a treat compared to what we have in St. Louis. The burritos are massive, and they really mix everything together so you get a perfect bite every time. The staff is super friendly, and the place is always clean, making for a fantastic experience overall, even if the music gets a bit loud sometimes!
