The food and atmosphere at JR CASH in Chapin are fantastic, with daily specials that keep things interesting. The service from Cole, Darren, and assistant manager Autumn is always amazing, making us feel welcome and providing excellent food options for everyone.

I've eaten at J Peters numerous times at the Chapin location as well as other locations throughout the state and always enjoyed it but tonights experience has made me never want to eat there again. I took my son visiting from out of town out for dinner and the food was so bad ,mine undercooked and his chicken nachos were bland and tasted like frozen chicken parts straight out of a bag. We left most of it on the table uneaten. The wait staff couldn't have cared less. We had to go somewhere and pickup takeout just because it was late and we really hadn't had anything to eat for dinner Total waste of time and money

Crew is excellent.
Should update the internet ad to reflect that you're closed Sundays and You close at 9:30 on Saturdays.
Otherwise food and service is consistent and very good.

I have yet to figure out why JPeters opened here when they use to be where Cash.'s is now and both restaurants have the same menus. I am not from here so I figure it must be some bitter fight going on. Anyway, we have been to the this new property 3times. The food is OK and probably better than most in the Chapin area. On my second visit, I ordered a drink from the bar. It was not exotic or different and I was told they couldn't make it. On my third visit I did the same and was told the same. The waitress said that they had a difficult time keeping bartenders and most of the bartenders were not even bartenders. I always thought that most 'real' bartenders had to actually show the owner that they could make drinks before being hired. I guess that's not a requirement anymore. But the strangest thing was that they do not carry sweetener ; you know like Splenda, sweet and low. When I ask for it when ordering my unsweetened tea, I was told they did not carry it. I have never been in any restaurant in these United States that didn't have the little pink, blue or yellow packets and when I asked, what are the diabetics of the world supposed to do, I was met with a blank stare. So"¦.if you go and you want unsweetened tea with sweetener, just be sure to carry your own.

Delivery order. Called over 1 hour in advance for when we wanted food to be delivered
30 minutes past the required time, we called wondering where the food was? Reason: delivery guy was not too good. You think?
Prime Rib was cold - did not include the horseradish - have you ever tried to reheat prime rib?
Club Sandwich cold - the bacon grease had soaked into the bread.
Soap that was ordered - did not receive.
We called the next day and our money was refunded but not really sure if I'll give them any more chances.
