My experience on 6/17/2020 was (not a pleasant experience )I have been a regular at this establishment for quite some time and would always refer people who was looking for a place where people are friendly and the food is good. On 6/17/2020.all that changed I placed two orders to go in the bar manager that took the order was ( rude and social insensitive ) as I sat and waited for my to-go orders I saw people that placed orders behind me getting their orders and go and not once she acknowledge me or tell me where's my order. Frustrated and hungry I canceled my order and got a refund worst experience you what happened or after a long day at work . Poor customer service. Rude bar manager.

The food is good but the customer service is very poor. And very unprofessional.
