Well, creative is a plus. Sanitary is of great concern. I suggest delivering food with your hands under the plate, not around the rim of the food almost touching the food. In other words, your thumb print should not be left on the plate. Please change the grease, you could smell the burnt grease outside. My chicken and fried shrimp were burnt. The grits should not be hard or stick to the plate only to cater to the form of spoon. Grits need to be stirred which keeps the thickness from forming. Employees are very friendly and they actually speak to you.
