Know these people well. Not scammers. If anything a language issue. Chinese people can sometimes seem rude since they are usually direct. Just be extra nice and explain nicely . WWJD? Be nice. Merry Christmas!

They called me five times about four hours after I left. Said my payment didn't go through. I checked online acct. it was processing. On a 50.00 bill I was not pleased. I explained that I signed receipt and checked it they wanted another payment again. Idk if they are on a scam or just stupid. I've never had that happen before and will never go back!
