I ordered the Mongolian beef and it was the worst tasting Mongolian beef that I have even tasted. I called to speaker to management. I was told that he will call me when he returns. The beef was so tough that I could not chew it.

I try to visit 1 a week for the last 3 yrs, customer service a hit or miss but would deal with the short comings because food was awesome however, my son had Habachi grill chicken after football practice and four hours later he was screaming in pain...Dr. Said food poison. Nevertheless I'm sad at even the thought of never being able to eat there again. It was on a slow day Tuesday late evening.

I just left jin's today with a very unpleasant customer service experience. I normally don't follow reviews but this time i must. I ordered 1 small shrimp fried rice Friday night and after waiting for what seems like hours to receive the shrimp fried rice and it had a whopping total of 5 shrimp in it. I did not notice it until I arrived home. Well by that time we had already began to eat the food and of course all 5 were eaten. I was too exalted to go back through returning it last night so I gave them a call this afternoon and asked for management but management wasn't in and I explained to the worker what I had experienced and she told me to bring the food back in if I still had it. I did exactly as she asked and then when I arrive and she looked at the food her response oh you ate some of it! Well yes! I am then told her that she did not realize I ate some of it the box is full of rice. So, her response now is oh I can only replace half of the food. I debated for a while and then decided that I will never do business there again and I left the rice for them. The rice did not even seem like it was fried rice it was gooey and gunkie. Poor customer service and the food was rushed and not good.

excellent Asian cuisine!!!! best wings in Columbia SC. We find ourselves returning there more than once a week! We have even changed the mind of a beef and potato man to love JINS. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!!! They are a well kept secret! LOVE IT!

The food is excellent and they have a varied menu. The only thing is that the hibachi items are extremely expensive. The Chinese food prices seem average to me. Portions are very generous, and like I said before, everything I have tried has tasted excellent!
