Cold and expensive

This place is a waste of money and time. They use too much salt, sugar and salad dressing. The experience was an assault on my taste buds and my soul.

Two of our last three trips we had unbelievably bad service at the front desk. Today, we were told the wait would be 45-60 minutes. We gave the maitre d' our name and even spelled it for her. We returned in 45 minutes and she could not find our name. She recognized my wife but said that we had not specifically said that we wanted to be placed on the wait list. We explained our position and asked what she could do for us. She said, "Come back in another 45 minutes." The previous time, they had a new cook, or so the waitress said when I pointed out that my eggs benedict should not have solid and dry yolks and a hollandaise that was mostly separated grease. When I went to pay (the other meal was ok), the lady at the register asked about our meal and I explained that mine was a total loss. She then offered me a 10% discount on the ticket.
