The BBQ ribs and sides I had were not to my taste, but the customer service at the restaurant was exceptional, with a very friendly and helpful staff member. The location at the Ricart Mega Mall was convenient and easy to find, and the overall experience was positive despite my personal preference for stronger flavors.
