I've been to Diamonds twice, and both times I've had their delicious treats - a mangonada and a strawberries and cream paleta. The mangonada was a burst of fresh flavors with a hint of spice from the tajin, while the paleta was creamy with a zesty strawberry kick. The selection of paletas and aguas frescas is impressive, and I can't wait to try more on my next visit! The staff is friendly, the ambiance is cozy, and the treats are absolutely worth the visit - a definite must-try for any ice cream lover!
