11/26/2024 - Ryan D.
A few months back, I would have given this joint a solid 5 stars, but since the change in ownership, things have taken a bit of a nosedive. My go-to used to be the Enchilada Sunrise - juicy shredded beef in flour tortillas, topped with sunny-side-up eggs and a zesty tomatillo sauce that hit all the right notes. The last time I had it, though, the eggs were missing, and the enchiladas were disappointingly small, barely coated in any tomatillo goodness. Despite the recent letdown, I must say the "Tour of Mexico" platter is a steal, offering a generous portion at a wallet-friendly price. The fajitas and Ceviche are also top contenders, and the chunky salsa served with the complimentary chips never fails to satisfy my craving for a spicy kick with each dip. Service is decent, although communication can be a bit tricky as some servers struggle with English - I've had my fair share of mix-ups with corn tortillas instead of the preferred flour ones. It's worth noting that while beer is available, they don't have a liquor license, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a margarita to go with your meal.
