Good food, kind staff, great service. You always get more to eat for the few dollars you spend. Don't know how they're able to give away so much food for a few bucks. I'm not complaining though!

I AM SO UPSET!! We just made a special trip to Tuttle Mall for two things, personalized Christmas ornaments and Big Easy bourbon chicken. My friend paid for our almost $20 meal and the cashier asked about their frequent diner card. Yes, I had one, and I had asked the young man if it was good for dinners only, to which he said yes, not for what we were ordering. We bought two large sides of chicken, a large pasta, and a small rice. I put away the card. But the cashier asked if we had one, so I sat my Hallmark bag (had two cards and two glass ornaments) on their counter, she stamped the card (noting my card was very old-LOL), and we left. Just before we reached my car clear at the end of Row 21, the bottom of my bag tore open and everything dropped to the asphalt! One of my $17.07 ornaments broke! I came on home, called Big Easy, and all the female cashier could repeat was how she had put our food in a plastic bag so their wet counter could do no harm! IDIOT! Learn the language if you expect to be in a service industry in the USA. I told her three times I was not talking about HER bag, but her wet counter and MY bag! We have not had CBE in quite awhile, and I have not eaten it yet tonight as I am so upset. We generally love their food, and I expect this food to be as good. BUT I CANNOT TOLERATE THE LACK OF UNDERSTANDING WHEN I TOLD HER TO DRY-DRY-DRY HER COUNTER AND THAT I WANTED REIMBURSED FOR THE $17! "I put everything in plastic bag." And, no, I do not have time or energy to go back to the mall, either when I was at the end of the parking lot when the bag broke or now or tomorrow or any other day. It is December, my time is important, and my money scarce. SHAME ON BIG EASY!
