For a special celebration, the atmosphere here felt classic and inviting, complemented by attentive and friendly service that made the evening memorable. The steaks were expertly prepared, especially the filet mignon and strip, and the sides-particularly the creamed corn and potatoes au gratin-were absolutely outstanding. To finish, the espresso martini and desserts like the bananas foster cake added a perfect touch, making this a dining experience worth returning to despite the premium price.

The atmosphere enveloped me as I stepped into Hyde Park, a venue that felt like stepping back into an old-school steakhouse. The filet mignon, while intended to be medium rare, came out a touch undercooked, but the creamed corn stole the show and left us all clamoring for more. With attentive service and a cozy ambiance, this memorable dining experience has me contemplating a return for special occasions, despite the price tag.
