Since when does a restaurant neglect answering the business telephone because the visiting customer is more important. I am attempting to call and my husband has driven to this location and they are simply ignoring the call allowing all calls to go to a fax mode.
It is bad enough that I take a chance ordering every weekend and having my order priced differently, no silverware, or a missing item because of their hung over crew. This tops the cake. How has business in America become so arrogant that they can just lack quality customer service and contine on each day.
