The hotel had friendly staff and a clean room with nice bedding. The shower dispensers were a great eco-friendly touch, but the coffee was disappointing and there were not enough condiments provided. The towels were limited, and the bathroom door did not seal well, impacting privacy and ventilation. The Four Points by Sheraton Columbus Airport provided excellent service with a humorous front desk person and a reliable ride to the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and great amenities like a gym and pool, although the lack of a fridge and microwave in the rooms was a minor inconvenience.
