Our drive-thru order got a little mixed up initially, but the team quickly rectified the mistake and even refunded us a bit due to their espresso machine issues. The manager handled everything smoothly, and we ended up with a delicious iced coffee as a result. Despite a small hiccup with the drive-thru order, Tim Horton's remains a favorite breakfast spot every time, offering great coffee and donuts with fast and friendly service.
