I have no idea what is going on at this Starbucks location - but it is clear - a management issue. You can't blame the Baristas or the people who work there (they seem to be doing the best they can with what they have) but for the ONLY Starbucks in Concord (in the most inconvenient location ever), you'd think they'd get their act together. It is really disgraceful to charge people $3.00+ for a tepid coffee. Not to mention that they closed the location for online pre-order and closed the store - only the drive thru works and it is constantly a backed up, 10 minute wait. I have always been faithful to Starbucks but not any more. It is outrageous that when I did go in there (I always pre ordered my drink and food) that I would STILL have to wait 10-15 minutes sometimes while the "manager" or whoever is pretending to be in charge sat on her laptop not even helping by pushing drinks out. The sign of bad management is one who doesn't roll up her sleeves and gets to work. I'm watching and have moved over to Dunkins where the coffee isn't half as good, but at least they'll give me a hot coffee and have it ready in a reasonable amount of time. This Starbucks is a nightmare and you're better off going somewhere else.

I went to Concord drive-through Starbucks and ordered my drink like I do every day "grande iced white mocha with vanilla cold foam and a sh-t ton of caramel drizzle "she asked me to repeat my order so I did she then denied me my order told me she won't be serving me and slammed the windows refusing to serve me her name is Jordan
