Tried out the food truck with eclectic gypsy cuisine at the Made in CT expo in Durham Fairgrounds today. The Gypsy Stew was a flavorful blend of pork, beef, chorizo, cabbage, and beans over wild rice - a unique and delicious option. The vibrant truck dí©cor and friendly staff added to the enjoyable experience.
