Mr. Z's Pipasa in Plainfield, CT, has consistently delivered great grinders and friendly service that keeps me coming back. The pulled pork sandwich and cheese calzone I tried recently were fantastic, loaded with flavor and cooked to perfection. While I've noticed some inconsistency with the calamari and a shift in staff friendliness, the overall experience remains solid, making it one of my favorite local dining spots.

Prices of the on-line menu, do not reflect the prices you are charged. They don't tell you this. When I called I got the excuse..."I'm not sure how old the website is." Question... Do you think you should update your website if you are paying fees to keep it up and running?

I just went in there for a take out order. When I went in there, there was 3 people (spread out) plus 2 young girls at the register. In the 4 minutes I was there picking up and paying for my order the head count was 11 people crammed in one small area. I'm really trying to support local businesses , but not the ones who don't care about their customers.
