Covid shake shack is horrible! Placed an order in person and waited and waited. After 20 min of them calls other names I asked and the manager said they must have given it to someone else. (I stood there the whole time)

Then I ate it. The bread was hard, like it was toasted and hour ago. The burger cold and the lettuce slimy.

Get it together!
