During my two-night stay in December 2023, the courteous and attentive staff made a lasting impression, from welcoming me with hot apple cider and donuts at check-in to promptly mailing back an important item I left behind. Although the rooms were somewhat dated, they were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and with the ongoing remodel, this hotel is set to become even more inviting-plus, the relaxing pool and beautiful lobby added to a truly enjoyable escape from the city.

My two-night stay in December 2023 at this aging property was quite pleasant, especially knowing a property-wide remodel was just beginning as I checked out. Upon arrival, the doorman and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, setting a positive tone for my stay. As a Hyatt Globalist, I was upgraded to a spacious suite, albeit slightly dated, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained, promising a future transformation into a stunning hotel once the remodel is completed. The attentive staff, beautiful lobby, and tranquil escape from the city made me eager to return, despite the temporary absence of the restaurant due to renovations.
