The marketing and events coordinator reached out to apologize for my last visit and kindly offered a gift card as compensation. When we returned unrecognized, the service was exceptional, the food was delicious with big portions at an affordable price, and the staff were accommodating and friendly, making the experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
