Not good. Ordered bean curd schezuan style and received canned peas and canned cubed carrots in a overly salty, no spice (not schezuan style) greasy, old oil tasting dish which had a burnt greasy aftertaste. The crab rangoons were so-so, very greasy and the cream cheese mix had a film on it like it was made 2 days ago. I ended up throwing my entire order out. The rice from the steamer had a mildew/mold smell, and was under steamed which left me reeling as to what the cleanliness of the restaurant was. My husband had chicken LoMein which had that same greasy, but bitter and almost burnt and rather inedible flavor- he threw it out after only eating a small amount. The wonton soup was only so-so. We have eaten at Hunan Pan, and Shanghai, both in Shelton and have never experienced such lack of quality before. This establishment really needs to call Chef Ramsey before its too late because I am sure you are struggling using canned vegetables and old oil. I was so sad for this review but I feel that customers need to be warned because the quality is just that bad.
