I'm surprised by the harsh reviews; living nearby, I've ordered from here often with no major issues. It's probably my second favorite pizza place nearby, with great options like pizza, wings, sandwiches, and calzones at good prices. The outdoor space is a nice addition, and the food quality hasn't changed much since the new ownership.

I tried to call in an order to North Elm Pizza in Torrington Ct their phone had a busy tone for close to an hour when I gave up How do they expect people to place an order when they clearly keep the phone off the hook
