The course of roasted corn soup was the taste of warm water. It was lacking flavor, actually, it had no flavor what so ever, even the corn, which was suppose to be roasted, as it was noted.
Chicken Cesar Salad: A life less lunch
Lettuce was limp, lacking color
Dressing, what dressing, if there was any on it, so it lacked flavor
Croutons were greasy
Chicken, if ir were organic, I could not tell. It was soooooooooo dry and soooooooo burnt, it was bitter.
Turkey BLT: Had some flavor, but it was a standard turkey BLT that you could get any old restaurant. Store bought turkey breast from a deli, not a fresh roasted turkey. In addition, the lettuce had so rot on it, so you had to pick to take it out.
The one halfway decent part of the meal was the dessert, but even that was not overly exciting.
No we get to the service, what service. The young boy who was our waiter, needs re-training, he sucked. We waited a full half-hour and had to ask him about when we were getting the soup and he said, I didn’t know it you wanted the soup. What’s up with that the soup is part of the meal and he had no idea. Lastly, it took 45min before we got our meal, a meal of crap.
I do not mind waiting for food, or paying a premium for food, as long as the food and service is good. I am forced to put a star down, but my rating would be negative FIVE!!!!!!
