The last four times we called in food to pick up when we got home the order was right only one time the other three times we did not get what we ordered!!!! we ordered a chicken Caesar salad and got Italian dressing with it. I called and complained and were told the next time we ordered we would get it free, NEVER HAPPENED!!! The second time we ordered an Italian grinder. WE GOT A HAM GRINDER!!! I called and complained and we got I'm sorry!!!! the next time we ordered a pizza at the pizza parlor it was the right order,YIPPEE!!! Tonight we called in an order for grinders one r beef with lettuce and tomato, the other turkey with provolone, onions and tomatoes. We got it home and there was lettuce on it too!!! I can't eat lettuce, not one little bit. I threw it away knowing a phone call to them fell on deaf ears. We have been client of this pizza parlor for years. We noticed kids running it at night and they are ruining the business!!! Don't know if we will ever order from them again. Thinking about going to Thompson House of Pizza from now on. It's really too bad because we have been patrons to them for years and when you get what you order the food is good. What happened to your business?
