My boyfriend and I love trying different ice cream spots along the shoreline, and recently we discovered Scoops. The Praline's ice cream they serve reminds me of my childhood favorite, and the friendly staff made our visit even more enjoyable. Even though it's cash only, the generous servings and quality make it worth a visit, especially compared to the pricier options nearby.

The vanilla soft serve is wonderful! Scooper is very nice too. Glad to see Scoops back in that location.
