As an aspiring chef and restaurateur, I see so much potential in this place. The food is good but can use a few dashes of inspiration. I don't like that they sell what seems like A LOT of other things there. It raises the question are you a boutique or a restaurant? Another thing that wouldn't hurt to fix is the employees. I'm from the area and would love to see this place stay!
