Having visited multiple times while in Corpus Christi, I've found the barbecue here to be flavorful and tender with generous portions, friendly and accommodating staff, a clean and well-decorated interior full of Texas charm, and excellent value for the price, though some menu items sell out quickly and the hours are limited to weekdays at lunch.

If you're in Corpus Christi, you have to check out Hoegemeyer's BBQ-I've been a few times, and the food is always amazing. The staff is super friendly, the vibe is cool, and even though some items run out quickly, it's totally worth getting there early for a taste of that delicious BBQ.
