Always good food

Ate here tonight for the first time with my daughter (8yo) and waited forever for our meal. They served everyone in the restaurant before us, despite arriving and ordering before them. Next they forgot my meal all together and when I reminded them (while they apologized to another table for their food taking a long time to arrive despite them coming in 30 minutes after us and getting their appetizer before we got ours) that I was still missing my meal and that they had made the dish for my daughter spicy they said that they did not, that noodles and rice dishes go to different chefs. My dish once arrived was not what I ordered either and when I discussed with them they said that they didn't do it wrong, until I told them the owner herself took my order. Then they apologized, and offered my daughter Milano cookies to try to make up for the 2 meals they had messed up. They took away the half of the meal she didn't eat and kept it. Charging me full price for both, and when brought up at the register they offered for me to wait and they make her another meal. Despite that they did not do that in the first place, blamed us for the meal being wrong and all of this took 2 hours. No I didn't want to wait an additional who knows how long, for wrong food again. They could have at least comped the appetizer, and I mentioned it, and she said that is not our way of doing business. I will not return, their way is to serve you the wrong meal, blame you for it, and then rudely suggest that they can fix after several times of letting them know that it was incorrect. Terrible! PS: My daughter was still hungry and I had to feed her at home afterwards despite the fact that I spent 40 dollars on dinner already that they took half back. I would leave zero stars if possible.
