My family and I went to buttons to celebrate my father-n-law 80 th birthday
He has 9 children which live in other states, Las Vegas, Cali, New York, and several others
My husband is his only child he had in Dallas, his father lived in Sherman and they all flew here to be with him.
My husband decided make reservation at Buttons as it was known for good food and nice music.
We arrived at the time we reserved told them our name and we where seated right away, right up
front. We then had a very nice waitress come to the table and ordered all our drinks this is where it
went down hill the rest of the night. She came back for the food order and told us they had no food.....
Really we thought she must be joking but know she was not, we where told on this Thursday evening
at 6:30pm that we could only get chicken fried chicken or chicken fried steak. No wangs nor green no corn bread and the list went on and on. The manager then came to us with this excuse that the order didn't come in. Wow Wal-mart has wangs corn bread mix Right? Ok the problem we have other than being embarrassed in front of our out of town guest is that we had reservation that not only did they have our name but a phone number on it ....a simple call from the manager informing us of there situation could prevented all of the above. This was the worst place EVER...........if your hungry don't go there....we wont ever go back
