I found this really cool coffee shop next to the Allen ISD office and an elementary school off Bethany. It's kind of hidden, but you might spot it if you're a regular like me, seeing folks knitting, chatting, or studying there. The matcha latte was creamy and smooth, but the cronut was too chewy for my liking. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars - good drinks, decent food, but the atmosphere could use some cozying up.
