Ray's in DeSoto serves some of the most delicious BBQ around, with baked potatoes that are so good you'll want to order them ahead because they sell out fast. The staff, including Ray and his wife, are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home, even helping me jump-start my truck when it wouldn't start. The brisket, ribs, and sides like buttery corn and crisp green beans are all cooked to perfection, making every bite a real treat.

Ray's in Desoto has the best BBQ around. Their baked potatoes are a must-try, always flavorful and satisfying. Just be sure to give them a heads up in advance as they can take a bit to get ready or might run out.
