We shared the Banh Fire Bowl with chicken and spicy sauce on the side, which was a great call since the sauce was pretty strong. The portions were generous, especially on the veggies and chicken, and the fresh ingredients cooked right in front of me made it feel like a healthier airport meal. The service was friendly and attentive, the flavors were spot-on, and overall it was a solid choice for satisfying Asian food while waiting for a flight at DFW.
