On the way to Target, we tried the Baja fish tacos and enchiladas, which were surprisingly good quality for the price, and the friendly staff complemented the cool interior vibe. The brisket nachos and guacamole were excellent, and the chicken enchiladas stood out as a favorite, while the margaritas were notably strong and enjoyable. The spicy salsa can vary in heat, but overall, the food, drinks, and prompt service make this a reliable choice for a casual Tex-Mex meal.

While traveling, we discovered a hidden Mexican restaurant and tried their Baja fish tacos and enchiladas, which were surprisingly delicious and well-priced. The ambiance inside was inviting, with friendly staff to welcome us. The spicy hot sauce added an extra kick to the flavorful dishes, making us eager to return and enjoy more of their offerings.
