This Dominican restaurant offers an authentic taste of NYC Caribbean cuisine. The Mofongo was a standout dish during my visit. I enjoyed chatting with the chef to select the perfect meal, and the steamed fish in coconut was a fresh and healthy choice. The restaurant is expanding with outdoor seating by the pool, and the service was excellent - I'll definitely be returning.
