It went like this for me:
1. Ordered online
2. Arrived at the location
3. Called them from parking lot
4. They had no idea about my order and it literally took 8 minutes to repeatedly tell them my order.
45 minutes later after driving around a parking lot with literally 5 cars in it. I ask about my order and I’m told it’s been ready but they did not know which car I was in. Not hard to find out!
5. Food is delivered to my vehicle in 3 containers that I had to hold on to going home because they voyldent even bag it safely. No receipt no sauces as requested and no drinks.
6. Called yet again to inform them that I needed a refund for drinks not delivered. And I was argued with by management about not ordering drinks. I ordered combos that came with drinks.
7. Get home, food is covered in pepper so liberally it was inedible. The food is aweful customer service is pitiful, employees have no clue what they are doing and they were not in the weeds I promise you.
Do yourself a favor steer clear of this one.
