Just horrible , rude staff, inattentive, food not worth the price, uncomfortably hot, watered down drinks, music too loud, ruined my night!!

Just horrible! Food over salted, dirty tables everywhere, service was the worst I’ve ever seen, bugs and flies, restaurant extremely hot, music too loud, manager yelling at everyone, just the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant!!

Nice place, good music, alittle warm, food top notch try the Diablo burger best burger I’ve ever had, service extremely slow, server was not friendly forgetful and acted as if she had better things to do than her job. Had to go to the bar for our drinks and the bartender looked put out by this. Better get some better employees or your gonna lose business regardless of how good the food is!!

When you see the business this place use to do, and the staff they use to have, compared to the business they do now, and the staff they have now, it makes perfect sense!! When you chose to hire all these foul mouthed , vaping, drug addicts and lose staff like we’re with you from the opening day, you lost a lot of business! Not to mention the sorry bartender which we all know how she keeps her job because she dang sure doesn’t do a good job, at work anyway!!! You have a failing business never choose young people to make your establishment hip! We miss you Jason, Jenny, Christine, Josh, Landon and Alejandro’s will forever miss our business, you couldn’t pay us to eat there with the staff they have!! Good luck you’ll need it!! Think about all the guests you’ve lost!!! Sad Sad!!

Family restaurant? Then maybe your servers need to watch their language and save vaping for their breaks!! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Pretty sad because this place use to be family friendly with great food and even better service and even had management out on the floor in view all night every night!! Management and employees that use to really care , I guess that’s the past and you’ve moved on but you definitely moved in the wrong direction!!

I work for DoorDash and had to go to Alejandros twice Saturday night.. 1 st time I had to wait about 10 mins and the place wasn’t even busy at all and the 2nd time I had to wait 20 mins, the young guy tending bar even said, “I can’t believe they still haven’t bagged it” the food was sitting there ready to go, I asked a young dark haired server if she could check on it and her response was extremely rude as she said,”it’s ready when it’s ready and we will bring it out, as she continued to talk w another employee and both were vaping, in the middle of the restaurant, by the bar, in front of guests!! When I asked to speak to a manager her response was that she was the person in charge of the floor that night, so obviously I wasn’t going to get any help but I do know I will never do a DoorDash at this place again, you always have to wait, the employees are rude and unhelpful, they’re nasty vulgar mouths and vaping inside a family restaurant in front of guests, I wouldn’t eat there or walk through those doors again and if girl was management , this place won’t survive very long, definitely lost my business!!!!

Good food , Good music, bartender needs more training, filthy floors, dirty tables, servers standing around doing nothing, definitely need better help, not exactly sure what happened but the original staff here use to be beyond exceptional , all these new faces take away from the family friendly establishment we use to so enjoy visiting, not so much anymore !!!

Food ok, avocados were decent, server got our queso wrong and turned around and took it from our table and offered it to the table next to us for no charge, how disgusting to take food from one table and give it to another, drinks were wrong not once but twice, mostly a disappointing visit!! Service needs a lot of help!!

Pitiful is the nicest thing I can say! Staff isn’t anxious to work, and are very loud and use vulgar language in front of and to guests, food was sloppy at best, bartender doesn’t know how to make anything outside a Margarita or a beer, not in a hurry to come back if at all!!

Food fresh and good!! Drinks just so so!! Service needs serious help, not sure how staff expects to make money with sub standard service!! To me, I’d think if you have to be at work, make the best of it, give the best service and make that money, apparently these people just come to socialize with each other and check their Facebook page because they damn sure don’t work!!!

A restaurant is only as good as it’s staff and apparently you like a lazy staff, nobody wants to come into a restaurant and on a slow day and find dirty tables, water roaches on the wall and staff sitting around on their phones and eating, DISGUSTING at best. P. S . Maybe introduce your staff to a broom!

Server took forever to bring us chips, drinks we’re empty for a good 10 mins, food sat in the window til it was lukewarm at best, I almost went and got it myself, staff sitting around on their phones and eating, probably won’t come back ! Did I mention we were the only guests in the place, and it was our first visit, not impressed, maybe management was not in or maybe they just don’t care!

I dont generally complain but you would think knowing how to make a Margarita when bartending at a Mexican restaurant would be a must but apparently not here! Not 1,2, but 3 times I sent in back and it was still undrinkable!! How do you not know how to make a Margarita on the rocks?? UNREAL!!! If we do come back, I will stick to tea!

My wife and I visit this cool little establishment at least twice a week , my wife loves the beef fajita bowl and hasn’t tried anything else and myself , I’m hooked on those enchiladas ! My regular drink of choice is an “ old fashioned and they always know how I like them. Food is out of this world , drinks are made right, music is always on target and the people are amazing always perky and smiling but my wife and I love Christine she always greets us with a hug and we always request her, that’s not to say we don’t enjoy the rest of the staff because they’re all amazing but Christine is top of the line we just love her, keep up all the excellence Jason and we will continue to visit twice a week for as long as you’ll have us!! Visiting my sister from sunny california who brought me to this very cool little place in downtown Royse city.. upbeat clean and the service ( Ms. Christine) who I found out was also a Californian was excellent to say the least! Food was amazing and plentiful I only wish you had a location in San Diego, but for now it gives me more reason to visit my family more often, skillet queso like nothing I’ve ever experienced before and the chicken fajitas were out of this world!! Thank you for a truly delightful meal with my family!!!
