Coming from NYC, I'm still on the hunt for authentic pizza, but the light crust and inventive flavors here definitely hit the mark for Dallas. The Star Luca pizza, with its ricotta-filled tips and perfect balance of heat and flavor, completely changed how I think about eating a pie. Add in the friendly staff, fresh burrata, and a sinfully delicious Nutella & banana calzone, and you've got a dining experience that keeps me coming back for more.
