Last night we went through the drive thru excited about grabbing a Schlotzsky's sandwich as it is always a treat. We had all (4) originals except one ham and cheese and they did not get the order right. When we went through the bag to make sure we received all the sandwiches, they didn't have the one ham and cheese marked so we had to go through them all. Of course I drove back through to get the order right but when we got home to eat, the sandwiches were horrible. They used that hard crunchy bagged lettuce and it completely ruined the sandwich. For the price we paid for these sandwiches, it should be right.
