So.....order online and my hubs goes to pick up, gets all the way home and they didn't put one of their expensive sandwiches in the bag....pissed off we call up to request a refund, to which we were told they would refund our card by Timothy.

2 hours later they call to tell me the only way to get a refund is by cash. So after all that, they expect us to drive up there when THEY messed up the order? Pretty jacked up if you ask me.
